I had the opportunity to give two symposium discussions at Project Summit Business Analysis World in Dallas, TX.
Tuesday, February 3rd titled BA the Best: Climbing the BA Career Ladder – was a motivational discussion focusing on how to create your own career path.
Wednesday, February 4th was BA the Best: Practical Business Analysis Agile – and was a collaborative session discussing participants experiences implementing Agile and me providing some practical examples for implementing some useful tips for prioritization, story grooming, estimating, and forecasting – as well as some critical success factors.
